Where it all began...

On February 21st, 2021, a journey of adventure and discovery began as my best friend and I embarked on a road trip from the Midwest to the West. We packed up my Jeep, left behind familiar sights, and set our sights on the unknown. With Hood River, Oregon as our destination, the possibilities seemed endless. As we made our way through Chicago, Minnesota, and other familiar stops, it was when we reached Montana that something truly magical happened. Instantly, I fell in love with the wide open spaces, the majestic mountains, and the knowledge that I was getting closer to the ocean.

 

Montana stole my heart, and I knew this side of the world was meant for me. Leaving Montana behind, I held onto the hope that where I was heading would be even more breathtaking. And then it happened. The Columbia River Gorge greeted me with its awe-inspiring beauty. Every day, my daily commute became a feast for the eyes as I gazed upon the majestic Mount Hood.

 

In the midst of this beauty, a thought struck me. How could I share this incredible experience with others? How could I make them feel like they were a part of this community built around the sheer beauty of MOVIN' WEST? And that's when the idea of creating a lifestyle brand was born.

 

WEST would be more than just a brand; it would be a way to capture the essence of this breathtaking region and share it with the world. It would be a way to connect people to this community and the beauty that surrounds us every day. Through our products and experiences, I aim to bring that feeling of awe and wonder to others.
